Health Benefits of Plant-Smart Eating
Plant-Smart is simply the name we use for a low fat, whole food, plant-based lifestyle. Specifically, it’s a whole food, plant-based eating plan that strives to keep fat, and particularly saturated fat, to a minimum. The health benefits of shifting from a SAD diet (Standard American Diet) to a Plant-Smart Diet (low fat, whole food, plant based) are numerous, self-reinforcing, and very well documented.
